Bremen Youth Services is excited to offer the Teen Connect Expressive Therapy Group for high school aged adolescents. This group will use art, movement, and music to help adolescents increase self esteem, build relationships, improve communication skills, and learn creative coping skills to deal effectively with various life stressors. In addition, the group provides a fun, creative, and safe environment for adolescents to express themselves and receive support from peers their own age.
The next group cycle begins on October 29th and will run for 6 weeks. It will be held on Thursdays from 5:00-6:00pm at Bremen Youth Services. The group costs $10.00/session.
